About the role
TFG Home is seeking energetic and hardworking seasonal employees to deliver an exceptional shopping experience during the festive period. The role is based at Westvile Pavilion and involves direct customer interaction, product selling and store upkeep.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, creating an unforgettable experience for shoppers.
- Exceed customer expectations by identifying and providing optimal solutions.
- Track sales performance against targets and report results.
- Sell a diverse product range while staying up‑to‑date with décor and fashion trends.
- Identify new sales opportunities and ensure timely merchandise replenishment.
Required profile
- Positive, can‑do attitude and strong work ethic.
- South African citizenship.
- Excellent communication and selling abilities.
- Passion for retail and fashion (advantageous).
- Ability to thrive under pressure and handle customer queries efficiently.
- Reliable transport and immediate availability.
