About the role

Icebolethu FSP, a division of Icebolethu Group, is seeking a Scheme Consultant to work across its offices in Ferndale, Randburg and Durban. The role focuses on client retention, collections and providing professional administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed retention and collection targets
• Efficient, compliant, and professional support in client and office admin
• Efficient coordination and escalation
• Improve client satisfaction, retention, and conversion
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and grooming standards

Required profile

• Matric (required)
• Diploma in Business Management or equivalent (advantageous)
• Tertiary development courses (advantageous)

Required skills

• Sales experience (required)
• Insurance industry experience (required)
• Experience in a Groups Department environment (advantageous)
• Fluency in English and two other official South African languages
• Strong verbal communication
