Sales Support Consultant – Commercial Asset Finance

About the role

The Sales Support Consultant will ensure smooth processing of new business transactions within Commercial Asset Finance. You will act as a quality gate for documentation, collaborate with the operating system team, and keep management information up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality control on all documents required for OSS processing.
• Interact with the product operating system to maintain accurate management information.
• Support the end‑to‑end handling of new business transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with CAF procedures.
• Identify and resolve documentation gaps or inconsistencies.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business Commerce or related field.
• 1‑2 years experience in a sales support function within Commercial Asset Finance.
• Understanding of the Commercial Asset Finance value chain.
• Strong behavioural competencies such as articulating information, documenting facts, and embracing change.
