About the role
Take the lead in growing a respected product brand across the Cape Town market. This position offers an ambitious, commercially‑minded individual the chance to build a career in external sales while supporting the company’s regional retail expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and develop customer relationships within the trade and retail sectors.
- Grow existing accounts and acquire new ones across the assigned territory.
- Manage territory sales targets independently, planning visits and follow‑ups.
- Build strong product knowledge and provide responsive, professional support to customers.
Required profile
- Previous exposure to sales, customer service or any customer‑facing environment.
- Strong commercial drive with a genuine desire to build a sales career.
- Confident communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑motivated and comfortable managing own time, territory and targets independently.
Required skills
- Paint specification experience (highly advantageous).
- Understanding of specification processes.
