Sales Dealership Advisor – Customer-Focused Telesales

About the role

As a Sales Dealership Advisor you will engage with potential customers over the phone, guide them through our insurance products and convert leads into sales. The role is performance‑driven and focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Convert leads and quotes into sales, achieving minimum quantity and quality targets.
• Communicate regularly with Dealership account managers.
• Provide product guidance, highlight benefits and assist customers in purchasing decisions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge to deliver accurate information.
• Use persuasion techniques to close sales and handle inbound/outbound calls and emails professionally.
• Work towards individual and team sales objectives and contribute to overall organisational goals.

Required profile

• Previous call‑centre or telesales experience.
• Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong selling, negotiating and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
• Attention to detail, initiative, integrity and strong interpersonal skills.
