Salaried Financial Adviser – MFC

About the role

The MFC Salaried Financial Adviser provides guidance on a specific range of financial products to a designated market and is accountable for achieving results through personal effort. The role combines high‑quality customer service, new‑business prospecting and support for client retention.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality service to clients, process cases and resolve complex inquiries.
• Analyse customer problems and propose effective technical or professional solutions.
• Manage CRM data by scheduling follow‑ups, logging interactions and developing call plans.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision‑makers to generate new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, regulatory codes and FAIS requirements.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• Valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle.
• FAIS compliance and clear criminal and credit history.
• Minimum three years of work experience, preferably in sales.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
