About the role
The Retail Sales Associate supports store management in day‑to‑day operations at the Meadowdale location, delivering the high level of service expected from Adidas. The role involves maintaining store standards while providing excellent customer experiences. The associate works on the shop floor, handling customer inquiries, supporting merchandising, and ensuring a tidy shopping environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the highest level of Adidas service to each customer.
- Process regular sales transactions, including cash, credit and checks.
- Assist with product ticketing and verify paperwork against received items.
- Maintain store presentation and stock levels as needed.
Required profile
- Assist management with daily store maintenance and uphold store policies.
- Provide excellent customer service consistently.
- Observe and follow all store policies and procedures.
