Remote Healthcare Recruiter – EST Hours

About the role

ISTA Personnel Solutions is seeking a proactive Recruiter to support a fast‑growing US‑based travel‑therapy staffing company. You will work remotely from South Africa, aligning your schedule with EST working hours to source and place licensed clinicians across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Head‑hunt occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech‑language pathologists and nurses through platforms such as Vivian, Allied Travel Careers, LinkedIn and Facebook groups.
• Engage candidates before they apply via outreach, messaging and phone calls.
• Maintain a personal pipeline of qualified clinicians and act quickly on inbound leads.
• Conduct screening calls to assess experience, availability and preferences.
• Prepare and submit accurate candidate profiles for open roles.

Required profile

• Energetic, results‑driven individual who enjoys talking to people and placing candidates.
• Comfortable working Monday‑Friday 14:30 – 23:30 SA time and rotating weekends.
• Reliable high‑speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and power backup to handle load‑shedding.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Experience using Facebook groups for talent outreach.
• Familiarity with Vivian and Allied Travel Careers platforms.
