Remote E-Learning Developer (Contractor)

About the role

We are looking for a tech‑savvy E‑Learning Developer to create four digital learning courses on our online learning platform. Working remotely as a contractor, you will transform source materials into high‑quality, interactive modules that align with our AI‑focused training strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Build and structure online learning modules within an LMS/LXP platform.
• Convert scripts, storyboards, presentations and activities into fully functional e‑learning content.
• Implement interactive elements such as knowledge checks, quizzes, branching logic and learner feedback.
• Integrate video, images, downloadable resources and other media assets into each module.
• Maintain consistency in formatting, pacing, navigation and overall user experience.
• Identify and flag missing or low‑quality assets early in the development process.

Required profile

• Structured thinker with a genuine passion for AI and learning technology.
• Ability to collaborate with project teams and ensure technical soundness of learning experiences.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering engaging, intuitive learner journeys.

Required skills

• Experience with LMS/LXP platforms.
• Ability to create interactive e‑learning elements (quizzes, knowledge checks, branching logic).
• Media asset integration (video, images, downloadable resources).
