Remote Appointment Setter for UK Sales Team

About the role

Remote World is looking for a confident Appointment Setter to support its UK‑based sales team. Working from home, you will contact prospects, generate interest and schedule qualified meetings for senior sales staff.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to prospects via phone and email to introduce the company’s offering.
• Qualify leads against set criteria and book meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with contacts who have not responded.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and outcomes in the CRM.
• Achieve daily and weekly meeting‑booking targets.

Required profile

• Experience in telemarketing, sales or a phone‑based customer role.
• Clear, friendly phone manner with strong spoken English.
• Resilience and ability to handle rejection.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.

Required skills

• Basic familiarity with CRM tools or spreadsheets for tracking.

What we offer

• Salary R15,000 per month.
• Full‑time permanent remote position.
• Working hours 09:00‑17:00 UK time (11:00‑19:00 SAST).
