Regional Sales Manager – Gauteng Region

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager for the Gauteng region will lead and develop Scania's sales team, driving the promotion and sale of new vehicles and services. You will be responsible for achieving business objectives, maintaining a strong brand image, and expanding the sales network within the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage dealership profitability, aligning commercial focus on EBIT and capital KPIs.
• Communicate strategies, targets and action plans, and ensure their execution.
• Negotiate commercial terms for products, parts and services, coordinating across operations.
• Plan and oversee daily sales operations, driving productivity, efficiency and safety.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships, representing Scania to external stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new sales and service opportunities, encouraging entrepreneurship.
• Ensure compliance with local standards, laws, policies, procedures and SHE requirements.

Required profile

• Matric/Grade 12 qualification.
• Tertiary education in a relevant field (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance) is advantageous.
