About the role

We are seeking an experienced Regional General Counsel – West Africa to provide strategic and practical legal advice supporting our client’s operations across the region.

Key responsibilities

Advise senior management on corporate matters, including governance and compliance.
Provide counsel on commercial, regulatory and transactional issues affecting the business.

Required profile

Proven experience as a senior legal advisor or General Counsel.
Demonstrated ability to handle corporate, commercial, regulatory and transactional legal matters.
