About the role
The Regional Field Sales Manager will lead field sales operations across a defined geographic region for Colgate‑Palmolive, ensuring the achievement of net sales, distribution, volume growth, and market share targets. This role involves managing third‑party sales and merchandising resources and building strong relationships with key retail contacts.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer plans that increase sales volume, distribution and market share.
- Build relationships with store and operations managers, providing objective business analysis.
- Conduct regular business reviews covering sales activity, new products, service, receivables and claims.
- Collaborate with logistics to forecast needs, monitor order delivery and prioritize when stock is limited.
- Monitor store‑level activity and relay competitive, category and product insights to marketing and customer management.
- Track key performance indicators and implement actions to improve results.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (Honours preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of regional field operations experience in the FMCG industry.
- Proven experience managing a field sales team and third‑party sales agents.
