About the role
The Regional Commercial Lead will oversee FMCG sales activities across Cape Town and surrounding regions. Reporting to senior management, the role focuses on driving revenue growth, building strong OEM partnerships, and ensuring the execution of the company’s commercial strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and expand the FMCG sales portfolio across multiple regions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
- Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs and key customers.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust tactics as needed.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Travel regularly to meet clients and support regional teams.
Required profile
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in FMCG sales.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Holding or pursuing a relevant business degree.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets.
- Demonstrated success in customer relationship management and business development.
