Recruitment & Sourcing Specialist (Remote, South Africa)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing global SAP recruitment business as a Recruitment & Sourcing Specialist. You will work remotely with the founder and international clients, helping to build a South African delivery team that will later transition to a hybrid office in Cape Town.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively headhunt candidates using outbound sourcing techniques on LinkedIn, email, telephone and other platforms.
• Screen candidates via phone, video and written communication to assess fit for client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and CRM systems and log personalised voice notes for outreach.
• Collaborate with international clients and internal teams, managing daily activities with Microsoft 365 tools.
• Operate email and LinkedIn automation tools to scale candidate outreach.

Required profile

• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Self‑motivated, hands‑on approach to sourcing and candidate care.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and later adapt to a hybrid setting.
• Professional communication style with both candidates and clients.

What we offer

• Salary R20,000 – R25,000 per month plus lucrative commission.
