Recruitment Resourcer

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to support our growing MEP Design Engineering division. The role focuses on sourcing and engaging high‑quality candidates for construction and engineering positions within a specialist recruitment consultancy.

Key responsibilities

• Make 50+ outbound calls daily to warm candidates, presenting new opportunities.
• Provide consultancy advice on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices.
• Head‑hunt and build talent pipelines using LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• Coordinate interview schedules and guide candidates through the recruitment process.
• Draft and publish job adverts on LinkedIn, job boards, and the company website.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records, ensuring all administration is up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Experience in UK construction or engineering recruitment.
• Ambitious, motivated to achieve targets and earn commissions.
• Ability to work autonomously after training.
• Strong time‑keeping and note‑taking skills.
• Interest in sustainability and global economics.
• Excellent written and spoken English with a positive attitude.
