Recruitment Consultant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to lead end‑to‑end hiring for a range of positions. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while building strong relationships with South African professionals and UK‑based client companies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from briefing to offer and placement.
• Source and attract candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and direct search.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates to ensure fit with role requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and hiring managers.
• Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and CRM systems.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR.
• Strong sourcing abilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and Boolean techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Target‑driven with a passion for matching talent to opportunities.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting.
• Relevant degree or diploma in HR, Psychology or Business preferred.
