About the role

We are seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant who treats their desk like a business, thrives on cold‑calling and is motivated by uncapped earnings. Based in Pretoria, you will own your pipeline and be rewarded for every placement you close.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients through cold calling and business development, building a pipeline from scratch.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle – source, screen, present candidates and negotiate offers.
• Own and grow your desk as an independent mini‑business.
• Achieve and exceed targets, contributing to the company’s growth.
• Develop long‑term relationships with clients and candidates to generate repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably agency side.
• Strong desire for commission‑driven earnings and clear income goals.
• Comfortable with cold calling and resilient to rejection.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset and excellent communication skills.
