Recruiter (Remote, Full‑Time)

About the role

Job Duck is looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our remote team. You will be responsible for matching candidates with US‑based clients, ensuring a smooth interview process and maintaining high engagement throughout the hiring journey.

Key responsibilities

• Confirm candidate availability for interviews and coordinate schedules.
• Request and manage documentation required by clients.
• Communicate with clients through Zendesk and keep them updated on requisition status.
• Analyze candidate profiles for suitability and alignment with client needs.
• Review, edit, and update job requisitions and candidate profiles in Workday.
• Maintain internal databases and track candidate engagement.
• Facilitate multi‑candidate interviews and verify start dates.
• Participate in daily and weekly team meetings.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, pressure‑filled environment.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with analytical thinking.
