About the role
We are seeking a well‑presented, professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment in Midrand.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails.
- Maintain a tidy, presentable reception area.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data capturing, and scheduling.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Support office coordination and assist other departments as needed.
Required profile
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- 1–2 years’ experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and manner.
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, approachable personality with strong attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual and customer‑service oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
