Property Supervisor – East Rand

About the role

Our client is looking for a professional, organised and reliable Property Supervisor to manage a portfolio of commercial business properties on the East Rand. The role involves hands‑on site visits, coordinating maintenance activities and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day property operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of commercial properties located on the East Rand.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report on property condition.
• Coordinate routine maintenance and arrange for contractors to handle larger repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and property documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Experience in property management, facilities management or commercial property operations.
• Strong maintenance and handyman abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage several properties simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and take initiative.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Professional presentation with strong attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s licence and own transport (advantageous).
