About the role
Our client, a growing business in the property sector, is seeking an experienced Property Portfolio Manager to join their team. The role involves overseeing a portfolio of more than 100 properties located in Johannesburg and Pretoria. You will be responsible for maintaining strong tenant relationships, handling leasing activities, and coordinating repairs and maintenance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage tenant relationships, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
- Oversee leasing processes, from marketing vacancies to finalising agreements.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance, working with contractors to keep properties in optimal condition.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Hands‑on experience with Red Rabbit software, or alternatively with MDA property management systems.
