PI Case Support Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a proactive PI Case Support Specialist to ensure a smooth, client‑focused experience for individuals navigating personal injury cases. Working remotely, you will assist attorneys by handling daily case activities, maintaining organized records, and providing timely communication.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, organized, and client‑centered experience throughout each case.
• Conduct client intake, gather accurate information, and manage incoming calls.
• Prepare and send monthly client communication campaigns and support outreach on social media.
• Manage calendars, emails, and client communications efficiently.
• Keep case records up‑to‑date in internal systems and assist attorneys with administrative tasks.
• Provide regular updates and ongoing support to clients during their personal injury journey.

Required profile

• Strong English proficiency and professional communication skills.
• Client‑focused mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Adaptability in a fast‑paced environment and a sense of urgency.
• Team collaboration skills and accountability.

Required skills

• Experience with case management software such as Time Matters.
• Familiarity with Nextiva (VOIP) for call handling.
• Proficiency in Outlook for email and calendar management.
• Ability to work with Kofax Power PDF for document processing.
