Personal & Private Banking Reporting and Analytics Graduate Programme

About the role

This graduate programme is designed for recent graduates who are passionate about data, analytics and financial services. You will gain exposure to the bank’s core business areas, data ecosystems and reporting frameworks while developing the technical expertise needed to become an analyst in a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean and validate large datasets from multiple systems and ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards and regular management information reports using SQL and Power BI.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders and automate recurring reports.
• Collaborate with Finance, Coverage, Customer Solutions and Risk teams to understand information needs and present findings.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality and governance.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in data analytics and financial services.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, anomalies and business opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proactive attitude towards continuous learning and staying updated on emerging analytical methods.
