About the role
WatersEdge Solutions is seeking an experienced Partner Team Manager to lead a field‑based partner sales team in the accounting and bookkeeping ecosystem. You will provide strategic guidance, coaching, and performance management to Senior Account Managers while driving subscription and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of field‑based Senior Account Managers.
- Set performance standards and enforce sales methodology and CRM discipline.
- Monitor pipeline accuracy, opportunity progression, and forecasting discipline.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to create and execute strategic sales plans.
- Track key metrics, deliver regular feedback, and manage performance.
- Build strong relationships with key partners and improve partner satisfaction.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.
- Recruit, develop, and retain high‑performing sales talent.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience managing field‑based sales teams.
- Strong understanding of the accounting and bookkeeping space.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop teams.
- Experience in people management, performance management, coaching, and career development.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for talent development.
