Onboarding Coordinator – ABA Therapy (Remote, EST Hours)

About the role

We are looking for an Onboarding Coordinator to support a fast‑growing US‑based ABA therapy company. You will be the first point of contact for newly hired ABA therapists, guiding them through each step of the onboarding journey and ensuring a smooth, timely start.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding meetings via Zoom or Microsoft Teams with newly hired therapists.
• Guide candidates through each onboarding stage, identifying pending tasks.
• Follow up consistently to keep candidates progressing on schedule.
• Manage candidate statuses on a shared board and prevent bottlenecks.
• Accurately complete and track tasks within company systems, including ClickUp.
• Flag non‑engaging candidates and follow escalation protocols.
• Coordinate with the staffing team once candidates reach the placement stage.
• Handle approximately 30 onboarding candidates per month per state, with team support during peak periods.

Required profile

• Previous experience in onboarding, recruitment coordination, or HR administration.
• Familiarity with the ABA therapy space or a background in healthcare, disability, or mental‑health services is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills and a task‑oriented working style.
• Excellent follow‑up and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume, detail‑driven environment.
