New Business Sales Representative

About the role

Daisy Business Solutions is seeking a New Business Sales Representative to drive new business in the Johannesburg region, with flexibility to pursue deals nationwide. The role involves hunting, qualifying, and closing B2B opportunities across office automation, IT services, and connectivity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business through canvassing, networking, and prospecting, primarily in Johannesburg with national flexibility.
• Build and maintain a pipeline at a minimum of three times monthly target coverage.
• Conduct client meetings, present tailored office automation solutions, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement and implementation handover.
• Maintain CRM discipline by tracking every opportunity.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of new business acquisition, preferably in office automation, IT services, or telecoms.
• Strong commercial acumen, GP awareness, and ability to negotiate value‑based deals.
• Self‑motivated hunter mindset with discipline for daily prospecting and follow‑up.
• Resilience, coachability, and competitive drive.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems and disciplined pipeline management.
• Professional communication and presentation skills.
