About the role

Mondelēz International is seeking a National Account Manager to lead the partnership with a strategic national key account and its distribution partner. You will be responsible for shaping and executing growth strategies that align with both Mondelēz and the customer’s objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture relationships across all levels of the key account, focusing on strategic alignment.
  • Execute the customer’s Joint Customer Business Plan (JCBP) and ensure delivery of agreed volume and profit targets.
  • Optimize resource utilization to improve profitability of the account.
  • Manage strategic account plans for designated e‑commerce accounts and support existing retailers with online channels.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams to implement joint business plans and best‑practice account execution.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in customer‑facing roles with a track record of growing revenue and market share.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results, solve problems and influence stakeholders.
  • Understanding of multiple customers, go‑to‑market strategies, and business structures.
  • Prior experience in national key account management and people management.

  • Negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Analytical and commercial acumen.
  • Team and distributor management.
  • Full P&L responsibility.
