Mid-level Interior Architect

About the role

Clinton Savage & Partners is a multidisciplinary architecture and interior design practice based in Cape Town. The studio is expanding and seeks a talented Mid‑level Interior Architect to contribute to high‑end residential and hospitality projects from concept through to on‑site implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, spatial layouts, material palettes and detailed interior solutions.
• Produce accurate technical drawings, detailing and documentation in Revit.
• Coordinate interior architecture with architectural, FF&E and décor elements to maintain a cohesive design vision.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Support projects during construction and installation, including site coordination and issue resolution.

Required profile

• A qualification in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years post‑qualification experience, preferably in a high‑quality residential or design‑led practice.
• Strong design sensibility with an understanding of materials, finishes, proportion and spatial design.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
