Marketing & Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Social Media Manager to elevate our brand presence across digital channels. You will drive content creation, employer branding, and candidate outreach while supporting business development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Increase job promotion and social media activity around team news, events, milestones, and new hires.
• Produce market‑focused content, including insights, debt/equity information, salary surveys, and client activity round‑ups.
• Refresh client and candidate marketing materials such as info packs, consultant bios, testimonials, and case studies.
• Develop and monitor a LinkedIn strategy for the firm and individual recruiters, including post guidance and engagement tracking.
• Enhance employer branding through Glassdoor management, office showcases, staff events, and visual content.
• Plan and execute consistent content using a central calendar for posts, newsletters, blogs, and industry news.
• Improve SEO to strengthen online rankings and drive website traffic.
• Track, analyse, and report social media performance, engagement metrics, and outcomes.
• Conduct competitor research and explore LinkedIn forums, Reddit, and other online groups for candidate pools.
• Support business development with marketing proposals and execute targeted candidate outreach campaigns.
• Manage email marketing to keep client and candidate networks engaged.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing and social media management, preferably within recruitment or professional services.
• Strong understanding of employer branding, content planning, and digital analytics.
• Ability to create compelling market‑specific content and translate insights into engaging posts.
• Excellent written communication skills and a data‑driven mindset.
