Marketing Manager – Umhlanga Ridge

About the role

The Faculty is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead its Umhlanga Ridge team. You will shape and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, lead generation, and international growth across multiple education and BPO brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan aligned with business objectives and global market expansion.
• Plan, execute and evaluate integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring brand consistency.
• Drive performance‑marketing initiatives, monitor analytics, and optimise ROI using data‑driven insights.
• Lead tutor recruitment marketing to attract high‑quality online tutors and promote employer branding.
• Manage internal and external communications, public relations, and thought‑leadership content.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, HR and senior leadership while managing external agencies and vendors.
• Oversee the annual marketing budget, track spend and report performance to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of broad‑scope marketing experience, covering digital, content, SEO, paid media and analytics.
