Marketing Manager – Retail & E‑commerce

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement omni‑channel marketing plans that align with commercial objectives.
• Lead, mentor and grow a high‑performing team covering digital, content, SEO and marketplace functions.
• Oversee social media, paid digital campaigns, SEO and e‑commerce marketplace performance to maximise visibility and revenue.
• Analyse campaign data, optimise initiatives using data‑driven insights and report on key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure a consistent brand experience.
• Manage the marketing budget, monitor ROI and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a Marketing Manager or similar leadership role within retail, FMCG, beauty, fashion or e‑commerce.
• Proven track record of creating and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital and offline channels.
