Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Hands On Recruitment has partnered with a growing, forward‑thinking property and investment business seeking a hands‑on Marketing Co‑ordinator to take full ownership of the marketing function end‑to‑end. This strategic yet execution‑driven role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, managing multiple channels and delivering measurable results in a commercially focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned to business and sales targets.
• Manage social media strategy across Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok/YouTube Shorts and create content calendars.
• Upload, optimise and maintain listings on Property24, ensuring accuracy and performance tracking.
• Maintain and update the WordPress website, including pages, blogs and basic SEO hygiene.
• Maintain CRM database hygiene in Zoho, build newsletters and track email campaign performance.
• Design basic marketing collateral using Canva and coordinate photography, video and drone shoots.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with a strong ownership mindset.
• Highly organised, process‑driven and detail‑oriented.
• Excellent communicator with strong follow‑through in fast‑paced environments.

Required skills

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) reporting.
• Zoho CRM and email marketing.
• WordPress content management.
• Mailchimp or similar email platforms.
• Canva (Adobe Suite a plus) for design.
• Experience with Property24 or similar property portals.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
