Marketing Consultant – Vitality Fitness

About the role

The Marketing Consultant joins a high‑performance marketing team supporting Discovery Vitality’s Fitness portfolio. You will lead end‑to‑end marketing projects, applying digital best practices and collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor integrated marketing projects and campaigns for the Vitality Fitness portfolio, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope and budget.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track lead times, and update version‑controlled briefs, artwork and communication assets.
• Brief agencies and internal creative teams, clearly defining objectives, deliverables and schedules.
• Collaborate with senior business stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Create and update communication collateral such as app screens, social media posts, website content and other campaign assets.
• Translate technical information into audience‑appropriate messaging and provide copywriting and editing support.
• Conduct first‑line quality checks, proofreading and brand compliance for all marketing outputs.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering integrated marketing projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong ability to manage timelines, budgets and stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent copywriting, editing and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Effective collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
