Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant to support the WeconnectU Marketing Department. You will help coordinate campaigns, manage day‑to‑day operations and provide basic design assistance to keep our marketing initiatives running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns and departmental initiatives.
• Coordinate email marketing sends, Zoom webinars, training sessions and online events.
• Prepare, package and distribute promotional items and marketing materials.
• Maintain marketing records, filing systems and campaign documentation.
• Manage the marketing storeroom, inventory and logistical requirements.
• Assist with basic graphic design for social media, presentations and internal communications.
• Ensure brand consistency across all collateral and digital assets.
• Provide administrative support such as scheduling, task tracking and client communications.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in a marketing assistant, coordinator or similar support role.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and campaign coordination.
• Experience with email campaigns, administrative coordination and scheduling platforms.
• Basic graphic‑design knowledge and a detail‑oriented, highly organised work style.
