Marketing Administrator

About the role

An exciting opportunity is available for a proactive, organised and detail‑oriented Marketing Administrator to join the commercial team of an established hospitality group based in Century City. The role provides administrative and practical support for marketing activities across hotels, conference venues, restaurants and corporate brands.

Key responsibilities

• Process marketing invoices and maintain accurate departmental records.
• Organise digital filing systems and maintain marketing asset libraries.
• Prepare presentations, reports and marketing packs.
• Update approved marketing collateral and distribute the latest versions to internal teams.
• Assist with event administration and coordination.
• Schedule approved content across social media platforms and assist with email campaigns.
• Maintain content calendars and campaign schedules.
• Conduct website quality checks and support photoshoots and content creation.

Required profile

• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• At least one year’s experience as a Marketing Administrator or similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong organisational abilities, excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and website content management systems.
• Experience with project‑management software such as Asana.
• Google Business Profiles management.
