Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training)

About the role

We are seeking experienced management and leadership educators to help shape AI systems that reason about real‑world business challenges. This fully remote, flexible contract role lets you apply your academic expertise to improve AI‑generated scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and realism.
• Evaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design.
• Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic managerial recommendations.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to help AI reason like an experienced leader.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.

Required profile

• 3+ years teaching management or leadership at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership frameworks.
• Ability to evaluate decision‑making quality and identify logical trade‑offs.
• Self‑directed, reliable, and able to meet deadlines independently.

Required skills

• Experience reviewing written scenarios and AI‑generated recommendations.
