Luxury Guest Experience Manager

About the role

The Luxury Guest Experience Manager will lead all Cape Town‑based guest operations for a premier experiential travel brand. This senior, on‑site position owns the complete guest journey from arrival through departure, ensuring every interaction is seamless, polished and highly personalised for high‑net‑worth travellers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Cape Town Guest Experience team, maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Manage end‑to‑end guest logistics, including itineraries, transfers, schedules and special requests.
• Provide proactive, personalised communication with guests to anticipate needs before they arise.
• Oversee transfer logistics, ensuring punctuality and professionalism for all guest movements.
• Coordinate safety briefings and prepare the Guest Experience Centre for each departure.
• Direct departure‑day operations, liaising with operations, aviation and guest services teams.
• Build strong relationships with local hotels, restaurants and experience providers to curate tailored journeys.
• Collect guest feedback and performance data, recommending continuous service improvements.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering luxury hospitality or high‑end travel services.
• Proven ability to manage complex logistics while maintaining impeccable service standards.
• Calm, highly organised and solutions‑focused, especially under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a discreet, professional approach to high‑net‑worth clientele.
