Logistics Coordinator – Warehouse & Distribution

About the role

As a Logistics Coordinator at Scott Bader, you will ensure the smooth flow of materials through our warehouse and distribution network. Working closely with the Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor and the broader Supply Chain team, you will coordinate inbound and outbound activities, maintain inventory accuracy, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities across the warehouse.
• Process, document, and dispatch shipments accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock audits and reconciliations.
• Maintain compliance with transport, Hazchem, and company requirements.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve logistics processes and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes from goods receipt to dispatch.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong problem‑solving, reconciliation and attention‑to‑detail abilities.

Required skills

• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience using ERP systems.
