Logistics Coordinator

About the role

MBFi is looking for a highly organized Logistics Coordinator to join its operations team in Delmas, Mpumalanga. This full‑time, on‑site position will coordinate daily logistics, distribution, and import/export activities to ensure smooth order fulfillment for our agricultural input products.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate local and international inbound and outbound shipments.
• Manage import and export logistics processes and prepare shipping documentation.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transport providers, customs agents, and warehouses.
• Schedule deliveries and monitor shipment progress to guarantee on‑time fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock reconciliations, and support production planning.
• Prepare logistics reports and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and relevant shipping regulations.
• Collaborate with customer service, supply chain, operations, and production teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost logistics efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Customer‑service mindset with the ability to resolve delivery issues.
• Previous experience in logistics, distribution, or supply‑chain coordination.
• Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or international trade is a plus.
