Logistics Clerk

About the role

Rolfes Agri, part of the Solevo Group, is seeking a Logistics Clerk to support its supply chain operations across Africa. The successful candidate will handle documentation, inventory control, and coordination with transport providers to ensure timely and compliant delivery of chemicals and agricultural inputs.

Key responsibilities

• Print and convert order documents into invoices.
• File and maintain records of finished goods.
• Prepare sales and dispatch documentation.
• Place orders, receive stock, and perform stock reconciliation and counts.
• Handle queries related to inventory.
• Communicate load information with transport companies.
• Ensure loads are prepared and dispatched on schedule.
• Verify driver and truck compliance before loading.
• Print and issue tremcards and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
• National Diploma in Logistics.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics or a similar role.
• Strong numerical accuracy.
