Key responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping activities and manage landed cost tracking for medical equipment.
• Oversee procurement processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory control and support stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with internal teams using Monday.com to streamline workflows.
• Utilise SYSPRO for order processing, invoicing, and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of logistics administration experience in the healthcare or medical‑equipment sector.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Procurement.
• Valid driver’s licence and own transport.
• Ability to provide contactable references and recent payslips.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SYSPRO.
• Experience with Monday.com (advantageous).
