Lead Developer (C#, Flutter)

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Developer to own the technical direction of our high‑impact, customer‑facing digital platforms. In this senior position you will blend hands‑on coding with architecture design, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership to drive real transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end technical direction across web, mobile, and backend systems.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, making system architecture and design decisions across multiple platforms.
• Oversee mobile application development using Flutter, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Design systems, guide engineers, and ensure delivery of high‑quality solutions that directly impact customers.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in C# .NET and backend development.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership or lead developer role.
• Minimum 3 years of mobile development experience using Flutter.
• Experience with SQL Server and database design.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services and DevOps practices.
• Ability to balance hands‑on development with strategic technical leadership.
