Lead Android Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Android Engineer to drive the development of our Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. The ideal candidate will bring over six years of hands‑on experience, a strong architectural mindset, and a passion for mentoring junior developers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of Android applications with Kotlin and Compose.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to define and ship new features.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering best practices and code quality.
• Integrate external data sources and RESTful APIs, handling JSON payloads.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve development efficiency.
• Ensure applications are stable, high‑performing, and scalable.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong expertise in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Proven ability to lead a development team.
• Excellent problem‑solving and debugging skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
