Junior Consultant - Legal GenAI

About the role

Consilio’s Legal Management Consulting team is expanding its Legal GenAI practice and seeks a Junior Consultant to work directly with senior consultants on real client engagements. You will help in‑house legal departments adopt generative AI responsibly, from readiness assessments to tool implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Support engagement teams with current‑state assessments, tool evaluations, and implementation planning for Legal GenAI projects.
• Map legal processes and identify practical GenAI use cases.
• Test, document, and build prompt libraries for tools such as Legora, CoCounsel, Harvey, and Wordsmith.
• Draft sections of client deliverables, proposals, and internal whitepapers.
• Take notes in client workshops and transform them into clear outputs.
• Contribute to the team’s internal knowledge base and training material.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in a legal, finance, technology, or consulting environment.
• Degree in law, finance, IT, data science, or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English with the ability to explain technical ideas to non‑technical audiences.
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple workstreams.
• Interest in AI’s impact on legal work and willingness to experiment and learn quickly.

Required skills

• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint (Microsoft 365).
• Power Platform (basic familiarity).
• Experience or familiarity with GenAI tools such as Legora, CoCounsel, Harvey, Wordsmith.
