About the role

We are seeking a Junior Account Manager to join our team at Commspace. This hybrid position in Paarl offers a learning environment where you can grow your client‑facing skills while supporting the delivery of our financial advisory web application.

Key responsibilities

Handle administrative tasks related to assigned projects and accounts.
Collect, process and clean data from multiple sources.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs.
Identify opportunities for product refinements to improve the customer experience.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or a related field (preferred).
Minimum two years of experience in a client‑facing role.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise between clients and internal teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Afrikaans.
Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
