IT Delivery Consultant (Technology Recruitment)

About the role

Outside Capital is seeking an IT Delivery Consultant to join its specialist technology recruitment team. This role focuses on sourcing and engaging top technology talent across South Africa while partnering with consultants to deliver outstanding recruitment outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Headhunt and engage exceptional technology talent across South Africa.
• Build relationships with software engineers, cloud specialists, data professionals, cybersecurity experts, ERP consultants and technology leaders.
• Translate complex technical requirements into talent solutions.
• Build talent pipelines through research, networking and meaningful conversations.
• Partner with consultants to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first conversation through to placement.

Required profile

• A genuine interest in technology and the IT industry.
• Confidence to communicate with technical professionals and understand their world.
• Curiosity, initiative and the ability to ask great questions.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• A growth mindset and desire to build a long‑term career in specialist recruitment.
• Previous recruitment or talent‑sourcing experience within technology or IT recruitment is highly advantageous.
