About the role

The Airlink Internship Program offers a dynamic learning experience for students and recent graduates interested in the aviation industry. Interns will work alongside experienced professionals across various airline departments, gaining practical exposure and contributing to operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with aviation professionals to support operational activities in departments such as flight operations, customer service, marketing, finance, maintenance, human resources, or ground operations.
• Assist with tasks including data analysis, administrative support, project coordination, customer assistance, research, and process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to departmental projects under the guidance of supervisors and mentors.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical knowledge of the aviation industry.
• Help ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to maintain smooth operations and a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a relevant degree (e.g., aviation, business administration, engineering, marketing, finance, human resources) or equivalent qualifications.
• Strong academic record and genuine interest in a career in aviation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented with good organizational and analytical abilities.
• Problem‑solving skills and ability to think critically in fast‑paced situations.
• Adaptability, willingness to learn, and commitment to safety and customer service excellence.
