About the role
Join Toyota's Internship Program in Durban for the 2026/2027 period and gain hands‑on experience across multiple business functions. You will work alongside seasoned professionals, contributing to real projects that support operational efficiency, marketing initiatives, and strategic decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members in assigned departments to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Assist in data analysis, research, and reporting to aid process improvement and decision‑making.
- Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement activities.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and monitor consumer trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Help develop training materials, presentations, and internal communications.
- Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and training sessions to broaden knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records, document work processes, and provide timely progress reports.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a relevant degree (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain Management, IT).
- Strong academic performance and genuine interest in the automotive industry.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
