Intermediate Graphic Designer – Brand & Marketing

About the role

We are seeking an intermediate graphic designer to shape the visual identity of a fast‑growing business. You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, marketing leads and the executive team to create on‑brand, impactful designs that reach thousands of users across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media posts, digital marketing assets and branded merchandise.
• Create presentation templates, pitch decks and internal communication graphics.
• Produce illustrations for product UI, social content and brand storytelling.
• Maintain and evolve the graphic design system for consistency.
• Prepare print‑ready files, liaise with suppliers and ensure quality across formats.
• Support product design initiatives in collaboration with the UX team.
• Develop driver‑training visuals, event collateral and exhibition materials.
• Contribute to motion graphics and short‑form video content as needed.

Required profile

• Strong ability to follow and apply brand guidelines.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams in a high‑output environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Figma and Canva.
• Google Workspace design tools – Slides, Docs.
• Understanding of print specifications (bleed, colour modes, paper stocks).
• Video editing tools – Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut (nice to have).
• Motion graphics – After Effects or similar (nice to have).
• AI‑assisted design tools.
• Photography and photo‑editing skills.
• Exposure to product UI design and component‑based design systems.
